Overview
We offer a 30-day return policy. If 30 days have passed since your purchase was delivered, we cannot offer a refund or exchange.
To be eligible for a return, items must:
- Be unused
- Be in the same condition that you received them
- Be returned in the original packaging
Proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt) is required to complete a return.
Please do not send items back to the manufacturer.
Non-Returnable Items
The following items are not eligible for return or refund:

- Digital or downloadable products
- Items returned in used, damaged, or altered condition not caused by our error
Refunds

Return Shipping
Customers are responsible for the cost of return shipping unless the item arrived damaged or defective.
Shipping costs are non-refundable.
If a refund is issued, the cost of return shipping may be deducted from the refund amount where applicable.
We recommend using a trackable shipping method or purchasing shipping insurance when returning items, especially for higher-value products. We cannot guarantee that returned items will be received without tracking.
Gifts
If an item was purchased as a gift and shipped directly to the recipient, a refund may be issued as store credit once the returned item is received.
If the item was not marked as a gift at the time of purchase, the refund will be issued to the original purchaser.
